Matters - Interviews

On the Interviews tab on the matter detail, the user can see all scheduled matter interviews.


By clicking on an interview item, the user will be redirected to the interview detail, where they have access to general interview information, interview outline, and interview transcriptions.



In-person interviews


When joining an interview, the app will redirect you to a pre-room where you can test your microphone and camera.


After joining an interview, the interviewer will have access to admin features, such as turning the transcription on or off.



By clicking on the Interviewer Panel button, the user will have access to a few more features.


Document sharing


Choose the file you want to bring up, and it will be presented to the interviewee. You can also navigate through the document's pages, highlight text, and focus on certain areas. Please note that highlighting text is only supported on certain file types.



Interview room chat system


All messages will be stored for future consultation.



Interview notes


Here, you can write any notes about the interview.

Automated interviews


Automated interviews are scheduled the same way as in-person ones, but the agent will have to fill in the questions to be asked by the machine. The agent can upload these with a .txt file or manually insert them one by one during the interview creation process.



When joining the interview, the user will be redirected to the automated interview pre-room.



After connecting, the user can start the process by clicking the "Start Questionnaire" button. At any point, the user can also upload any documents they want to be analyzed later.



The user can either read the question or click the listen button to have the machine read it out loud. After answering, the user must click the next question button.



After all questions are answered, the user will be presented with a completion notice.
