The Matter Detail Documents tab allows the user to manage all matter documents.
General commands
By selecting a document, the user will be able to download it, rename it, or archive it.
The user also has the ability to upload more documents.
Folders
By clicking the "Add Folder" button, the user can create a new folder to store any document.
When clicking "Add to Folder," the user will be shown a modal to select a folder and all the files to be moved.
The user can also define who has access to the folder by clicking the "Folder Permissions" button.
The user can access the folder by clicking on it.
Interview Bundles
By clicking the "Add to Interview Bundles" button on the first tab, the user will be shown this modal where they can create a new bundler or choose an existing one and add files or folders to it.
Interview Bundles are sets of files associated with an interview, allowing the interviewer to access any evidence during scheduled interviews.
By clicking the Interview Bundles sub-tab, the user can see all the created bundles. By clicking "Associate Interview," a modal will be shown with scheduled interviews to associate with the bundle.
By clicking on a bundle, the user can consult and review all the files within the bundle.
Fraud Detection
On the "All Documents" tab, you can select any documents you want and click the "Add to Fraud Detection Database" button to add them to the Fraud Detection tab.
By accessing the Fraud Detection tab, the user can submit any document they want for analysis. After the analysis is concluded, it will show a risk score and analysis status.
By clicking on an analysis, the user can check the document's Risk indicators or Trust indicators. Clicking the "Show" button on indicators will highlight related areas of the document.
