Authentication
After receiving your admin credentials, log in at https://your_leiaa_instance/login; this initiates the authentication flow. LEIAA will send a 2FA token to your email. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
After logging in, your session will remain active for 15 minutes of non-idle time.
All LEIAA users, regardless of their role, will have access to three tabs: My Dashboard, Clients, and Wiki.
My Dashboard
Every LEIAA user has access to a calendar where they can track their assigned Matters, Tasks, and Interviews. You can easily select through a dropdown what resources you want to display on your calendar.
Matters
By accessing the Matters tab, you can view a list of your assigned Matters. If you have the correct permissions, you can also view, edit, or archive them.
Tasks
By accessing the Tasks tab, you have at your disposal a kanban-style tracker for your assigned tasks and assigned matter tasks.
Clicking on a task allows you to edit the task details and add task comments.
You can also create tasks by clicking the blue "Add task" action button. A modal will appear where you can choose to create a matter task or a general task - your own private task.
Interviews
Accessing the Interviews tab will present you with a list of upcoming interviews. You can also view any past interviews by clicking the "Past Interviews" checkbox. Depending on your user permissions, you can also view, edit, or archive an interview.
Clients
Every LEIAA user will have access to the Clients tab, and the information displayed on the Clients tab will change based on user permissions.
Users can access the Clients tab to check their active clients and related metrics.
By clicking on a client row, the user will be presented with a client overview dashboard where they can see metrics, scheduled interviews, allocated user data, and the client matter list.
